When using Doug's lake fork guide service, I encourage catch and release when fishing for bass on Fork, and we use artificial lures only. Your big bass can be measured and photographed. Lake Fork's current regulations on largemouth bass is a 16" to 24" slot length limit. Bass within those lengths must be released. The daily limit is 5 bass, only one of which can be over 24". Crappie limit is 25 per day per person, and must be 10" or longer to keep. During the months of December thru February, you must keep the first 25 you catch.
Appropriate Seasonal Clothing and a rain suit, just in case.

My Legend is equipped with an ice chest and I provide the ice and bottled water to drink.
Lake Fork has several places to eat lunch, and some clients choose to take a break. Others prefer to bring a sack lunch and eat on the lake. Either is fine with me.

Catching bass in 3-5 feet of water along the grass on a carolina rig using a baby brush hog. Best color has been green pumpkin and black 4 inch finesse worms rigged texas style. Also catching bass on carloina rig in 12-25 feet. Crappie are showing up in the brush. Minnows and jigs are working. Chartreuse pepper color jig is working. Sand bass are on main lake points and a white crank bait or spoons are working good for the sand bass. #lakeforkguides #lakeforkfishingguides #lakeforkcrappieguides #lakeforktrophybass #lakeforkfishing #lakeforkfishingreports #lakeforkbassfishingguides
